Our vegan bisou is like light spring kiss, a swirl of fragrant strawberries, vanilla and almond, all dipped in the most delicious strawberry chocolate. The almond sponge cake base is gluten-free and it's toppled with a creamy almond ganache, sprinkled with crunchy roasted blanched almond chunks. The next layer is a fragrant strawberry and rose crémeux and a strawberry fluid gel, wrapped by a smooth almond-vanilla mousse. The strawberry chocolate dip is thin yet crunchy making it the most seducing kiss in our counter.
