matcha - raspberry
In addition to the traditional Bordeaux vanilla canelé, we also created a refreshing and fresh raspberry-matcha version. This time, powdered green tea leaves, i.e. matcha, were also mixed into the divine vanilla-rum dough baked in a copper mold, and a refreshing matcha ganache and cream made from fresh raspberries were hidden inside.
