Freyja, owning Budapest's best croissant title for many consecutive years and Chez Dodo collaborated on this special French dessert named Petit Coeur. The crispy layered dough is filled with a super delicious almond praliné and it's baked together to make the texture perfect. The heart is then filled with an intense flavoured red currant jam, a juicy red currant fluid and it's sprinkled with a crunchy blanched almond chunks. It's all covered then by an incredibly smooth and featherlight red currant - vanilla chantilly and a crispy honey biscuit sprinkled with powdered red-currant.
