coffee - salted caramel
For our coffee mignon, we made a coffee sponge cake, which we first sprinkled with fresh, hot espresso, and then layered a coffee fluid and a light, soft caramel chantilly on it. The mignon cubes were dipped in hair-thin, crunchy dark chocolate and decorated with a whole coffee bean.
