Mignon - much like a macaron - is a few bites of happiness. At Chez Dodo, we tried to restore its original quality and aesthetics and imagine what this popular cake could be like if it was made with the finest ingredients and with the greatest care.
We hid a divinely soft vanilla chantilly between the light almond sponges of our vanilla mignon and dipped it in Valrhona's fantastically delicious and creamy Opalys white chocolate.
