Mignon - much like a macaron - is a few bites of happiness. At Chez Dodo, we tried to restore its original quality and aesthetics and imagine what this popular cake could be like if it was made with the finest ingredients and with the greatest care.
Mignon Soleil is the frutiest one of our collection. Refreshes with each bite. The citrus sponge cake bases are first bathed in a currant fluid, then a pleasantly sour, soft passion fruit cream is piled between the sheets, and finally they are dipped in Valrhona Inspiration Passion chocolate made from passion fruit.
