For our festive mignon, we've infused fragrant raspberry pieces into the sponge cake, layering it with a fantastically creamy sparkling wine cream made from Langlois Crément. The tender little cube is dipped in the crisp Valrhona Inspiration Raspberry chocolate and adorned with golden popping candy.
