Chez Dodo and Freyja came up with an amazing French dessert, a coffee-vanilla-salted caramel mille-feuille. Mille feuille is a French pâte feuilletée, meaning thousands of layers. These crispy layers with a subtle hint of caramel flavour are then filled with a smooth vanilla chantilly, a coffee crémeux, a coffee fluid and an irresistible salted-caramel cream. The whole dessert is then turned on its side and toppled with a featherlight vanilla-coffee chantilly and decorated with whole coffee beans.
