Our spring Paris Brest is a heaveny swirl of creamy pistachio amd resfreshing raspberry in light yet croquant choux pastry. The creamy pistachio ganache is blended with a juicy and fragrant raspberry purée and to add extra texture, it's sprinkled with caramelised roasted pistachio. A handful of fresh, whole raspberries inside will make sure that each bite brings spring a bit closer.
