A beautiful tarte of our citrusy collection featuring bitter yet sweet grapefruit and irresistible blood orange.
The crunchy tarte shell is filled with an intense flavoured blood orange fluid gel and it's toppled with a creamy and fragrant grapefruit ganache and candied grapefruit chunks. We decorated it with fresh mint and fresh grapefruit slices.
