Mignon - much like a macaron - is a few bites of happiness. At Chez Dodo, we tried to restore its original quality and aesthetics and imagine what this popular cake could be like if it was made with the finest ingredients and with the greatest care.
We love raspberry, lychee and fragrant rose and we couldn't wait to re-imagine our Élise macaron in a heavenly layered cube. A fruity and creamy crémeux made of vanilla, fresh raspberry and lychee is piled on each layer of a featherlight sponge cake and dipped in Valrhona's fragrant Inspiration Raspberry chocolate.
