Dóri Szalai, aka Dodo, left her office job behind and made a pilgrimage to Paris to learn everything about this tiny dessert. Being back home she grabbed a spatula and has been working ever since to ensure that her macarons offer a supreme gourmet experience from the finest ingredients in the world.
Besides macarons a wide variety of classic French desserts is also available at Chez Dodo, like giant macarons, mignons, canelés, financiers and madeleines.
