Our favourite giant macaron is now available in a 6-slice festive cake.
We layered a soft pistachio crémeux and a slightly salty pistachio praline between two crunchy almond shells. The heart of our cake is a fantastically fruity blackcurrant compote surrounded by a soft, creamy vanilla chantilly.
