We are lovers of the matcha and raspberry flavor combination, so we created the dessert that, with its beautiful heart-shaped form alone, completely captivates us. Its taste is refreshingly vibrant, and the textures are absolutely perfect. With great love, we welcome the Linzer Thé Matcha Framboise to our counter.
For the first time at Chez Dodo, we’ve crafted a linzer, made extraordinary with plenty of butter and matcha. Between the delicate heart-shaped layers, we’ve added our homemade raspberry jam.
