AT CHEZ DODO, FROM THE BEGINNING, WE STRIVE TO MAKE THE MOST DELICIOUS MACARONS IN THE WORLD, FROM CAREFULLY HAND-PICKED INGREDIENTS. THE SHELLS OF THE MACARONS ARE MADE EXCLUSIVELY OF ALMOND FLOUR. HOWEVER, THE SOUL OF THE MACARONS ARE NOT THE TWO LITTLE SHELLS, BUT THE FILLING HIDDEN BETWEEN THEM, THE GANACHE, TO WHICH DODO MIXES DIFFERENT SHADES OF VALRHONA, ONE OF THE BEST QUALITY CHOCOLATES IN THE WORLD, AND ACCORDING TO HER CURRENT INSPIRATION, FRESH FRUITS, EXCITING SPICES OR EVEN TRUFFLES OR PIEDMONT HAZELNUTS.
