Winter's magic touch painted my madeleines into a beautiful golden brown with the help of Valrhona's Dulcey chocolate and Piemont hazelnuts. We filled the soft almond shells with a delicious ganache made of Valrhona's Dulcey chocolate, caramelized pistachios and caramelized Piemont hazelnuts.
