Those who already know our Piemonte hazelnut - homemade chocolate cream - salted caramel Maxime macaron can now get to know its mignon sibling. It is made from shortbread sponge cake, each layer is covered with salted caramel and soft cream made from Piemonte hazelnuts. We dipped it in divinely crunchy Valrhona Caramélia chocolate on the outside.
