This time we layered a super creamy and vanilla infused crémeux on our giant almond shell and we placed a divinely fruity rhubarb sponge cake in the middle. For a truly intense strawberry experience, strawberry compote was also added to the giant heart. Vanilla chantilly makes this dessert airy and light, and the top is decorated with fragrant wild strawberries.
