We’ve reimagined our beloved mignon as a festive cake.
Our Sugarplum fairy Mignon Cake is inspired by the most magical flavours of winter. Between layers of pillowy-soft almond sponge, we generously spread a wonderfully fruity, pleasantly tart plum jam from the Szatmár region, followed by a silky chestnut ganache infused with dark rum. Finally, we envelop it all in a delicate, paper-thin layer of crisp Valrhona chocolate, revealing the perfect harmony of chestnut and plum — a little winter magic in every bite.
