sour cherry - vanilla - hibiscus
Our spring giant macaron is pure magic. We layered a wonderfully colored and textured hibiscus ganache on a heart-shaped almond shell, then topped it with a soft vanilla chantilly tinted blue with butterfly pea flower. In the center, we hid a super fruity cherry compote, enhanced by the intensity of freeze-dried cherries.
