To make this loaf cake unforgettable we created soft yet moist sponge cake with lyophilized strawberries, a handful of blanched and roasted almond chunks and a subtle hint of rose water. The square shaped loaf cake is filled with homemade almond praliné, sprinkled with candied rose petals and dipped in Valrhona chocolate.
