red currant - lemon
We have created a super fruity sliceable dessert for you this spring. The cake's sponge cake is made fragrant and fresh with plenty of lemon and a bit of lemon zest, and we have infused it with a super fruity and aromatic red currant compote. On the outside, we dipped it in crunchy Valrhona chocolate and sprinkled it with freeze-dried red currants.
