Our beloved Bordeaux canelé has become such a favorite that we simply couldn’t resist creating two savory versions for the autumn season. Our Canelé ‘Fromage’ is generously infused with cheese — crafted from three distinct, mature hard cheeses that give it a crisp, caramelized crust and a meltingly soft, aromatic interior. As always, they are freshly baked each morning in traditional copper molds, ensuring their texture is perfection in every bite.
