Our beloved Bordeaux canelé has become such a favorite that we couldn’t resist creating two savory variations for the autumn season. Our Canelé ‘Jambon’ is generously made with cheese — a blend of three exceptional, mature hard cheeses that give it a crisp, caramelized crust and a soft, aromatic interior. To take it a step further, we’ve filled it with a refreshing horseradish–ham ganache, and finished it with shards of oven-crisped aged ham on top.
As always, they are freshly baked each morning in traditional copper molds, ensuring perfect texture in every bite.
