The perfect combination of a macaron and a cookie, our cookieron has been a huge hit at our pastry counter over the past year.
This time, we've created a truly special, limited-edition treat featuring salted caramel, chocolate, and coffee. The delicate, crispy cookie shells are made with browned Danish Lurpak butter, giving them a rich, slightly caramelized flavor that creates the perfect base for this combination.
Between the cookies is a silky chocolate ganache, enhanced by the bold, roasted notes of coffee. At the heart of the cookieron is a smooth, homemade salted caramel that gently complements the flavors of chocolate and coffee.
