Between two crisp almond shells, we’ve tucked a spiced orange-vanilla ganache, enriched with subtle hints of rum. At the heart of the cake lies a soft sponge imbued with festive spices, layered with a delicate spread of homemade salted pistachio praline. The composition is embraced by a light, orange blossom-scented vanilla chantilly, crowned with golden pistachios and candied orange peel.
