pistachio - red currant - vanilla
One of the most special desserts from our ‘Wonderland’ collection is this pistachio and red currant cake. On top of the large flower-shaped macaron hat, we layered a divine pistachio ganache, and placed light mini choux filled with pistachio cream. At the center of our festive cake, there is a heavenly pistachio dacquoise, topped with a fresh and super fruity red currant compote. The true wonderland appearance of our cake is given by the vanilla chantilly sprinkled with freeze-dried red currants and pistachios, which adorns the top in a floral shape.
