sour cherry - vanilla - hibiscus
In our ‘Wonderland’ mignon, we made the fluffy sponge special with hibiscus, then piled on fresh sour cherry compote and soft vanilla chantilly. Finally, we dipped the perfect little cubes in crispy Valrhona white chocolate and decorated them with a tiny heart.
