Our favourite mignon is now available as a festive cake.
Our mignon cake is gluten-free as well, the soft shortbread sponge cake, each layer is covered with salted caramel and soft cream made from Piemonte hazelnuts. We dipped it in divinely crunchy Valrhona Caramélia chocolate on the outside.
