Our favourite classic mignon is now available as a festive cake.
The autumn apple season always inspires us — my favorite kind of apple grows in my grandmother’s garden: crisp and tart, with a light skin, delicious both on its own and baked into desserts. This inspiration led to our apple petit four, now transformed into a delightful cake.
We layered a gently spiced honey sponge cake with a heartwarming, ginger-infused apple compote and a luscious caramel crème brûlée cream. Each little autumn square is topped with crunchy caramel cubes. Every bite takes you back to grandma’s autumn garden.
