Our favourite classic mignon is now available as a festive cake.
This time, between the fluffy almond sponge layers, we layered a rum, golden raisin, slightly citrusy ganache and a dark chocolate, coffee, apricot and a brown rhum miracle layer. Dipped in pastel pink Valrhona chcolate, each bite is a small time travel.
