Our favourite giant macaron is now available in a 6 or 12-slice festive cake.
Between two crispy giant almond shells we layered a silky soft chocolate crémeux and walnut praline between two crunchy almond hats. The heart of our cake is an airy sponge soaked in rhum and chocolate, on top of which we piled golden raisins soaked in fragrant rhum and surrounded it with endless vanilla chantilly.
